Mobile-e-Solutions Ltd, in conjunction with HT Projects Ltd, provides a complete in-field CMMS Software Maintenance system.

This CMMS Software system combines the power of in-field data capture provided by SoloAdvance (from Mobile-e-Solutions Ltd) with the flexibility of the SiteAttend software

When staff are on site and notice problems or incidents that require to be fixed, they can now use their mobile phone and the SoloAdvance application to record these jobs immediately. In addition if members of the public ring into your head office, you can record these reactive tasks directly against the reported location.

Android robot with screwdriver.These new jobs are then automatically sent as messages, via the SoloAdvance app (and not SMS texts) to the assigned maintenance engineer’s mobile phone. Within moments of a new job being raised the engineer is aware of it and can prepare for the visit.

When the engineer arrives on site he simply touches his mobile phone to the pre-positioned RFID tag to get a list of all outstanding jobs for this location. He selects which one he is fixing and enters details of the repair and whether complete or partially fixed. He can then move on to the next job safe in the knowledge that the system has been automatically updated.

By using SiteAttend, your field service worker needs to carry only one device, a mobile phone, in order to confirm where he is, for how long, and the tasks performed while he was there. Additional expensive and difficult to use mobile devices such as PDAs or expensive tablets are not required, and time-consuming and error-prone manual form-filling is greatly reduced.

You can, therefore, collect in-field data as it happens and more accurately, helping you to provide a better service to your clients and giving you and your clients immediate visibility of field service visits and data logged by workers.

The SiteAttend CMMS system provides web based KPI reports and enquiries to allow both managers and clients to access real-time information about performance against service level agreements. Captured real-time data can also be automatically transferred to other operational systems.
